Over the past 3 years I have helped hundreds of people to let go anxiety, depression & low self worth — the things that have been keeping them stuck and overwhelmed for YEARS!  I teach a very direct and simple approach to energy healing and activation through yoga, meditation, and breath-work. It is my life's mission to educate the masses on where our energy is stored, how it gets blocked and how it controls our mental health. I teach everyday people how to heal their own energy because it is my belief that nobody is more powerful in their own healing than the person themselves. I have dedicated my life’s work teaching simple tools to manipulate, activate, and open energies. I have helped so many people to transform into the vibrant, happy, confident and regulated person they were born to be. I have witnessed, supported and been a part of so many amazing transformations both online and in person. Now, I am excited to be part of your new journey too!
