Welcome, I’m Niamh!

This is my story

First & foremost I am a new mom to my boy Finn with another baby on the way. (que the madness!!) I am with my soul mate Sean 15 years now and we have built a beautiful grounded, slow paced life for our babies. I get to be with them alot while also working in the job of my dreams.

I was born with a gift of Chakra Healing but I didnt discover it until I was 26 years old. At that time (2015) I was travelling Australia and I manifested a massive spinal injury, through stress, worry, anxiety and really unhealthy non existent boundaries in work & at home. The hospital wanted air lift me to Adeliade for emergency spinal surgery but I refused.

That’s when I found Chakra healing which literally saved me and brought me to where I am now. I became obsessed with the power of self healing and self destruction. I started deep diving into the power of the Root Chakra and couldnt believe the insane healings I was able to give myself at home. I knew I had to show people how to do it too!

In 2015 I found myself back to sqaure one with my Yoga practise, only able to use a chair to support my movement. this changed the way I looked at Yoga forever. my injuries give me a massive advantage as a Yoga teacher because I know what it feels like have so many restrictions and injuries. I can relate to my students with tight painful hips and lower backs! my motto is always do what you can- there is no judgement here!

In 2021 I finally got my teaching certification and since then I have built a thriving community of chakra healers in my hometown of Stradbally Co. Laois. I am obsessed with showing them techniques to open, activate and unblock their chakras. I have watched so many tears & transformations over the years and I cannot wait to hear all about your journey too!

    When I first discovered Niamh I was struggling with being a Mam to small kids. It brought up a lot of childhood trauma & I was very low. I was alone with my kids a lot & I found it so hard to get out of the house and Niamhs online programme saved me. I chose Niamh because apart from the physical excercise & relaxation, which was my main concern at first, I wanted to look after my mental health. I wanted to heal. There is nobody else teaching this work! Doing Niamhs Yoga & meditations from the comfort of my home, I now know I can regulate myself in any situation through my breath. My mental health is in a much better place. I listen to Niamhs meditations every single night before sleep. I dread to think where l'd be without Niamh & her work! It's magic

Niamh passes on her knowledge and healing tools that she is so blessed with.     I have been with Niamh for 2 and a half years now! I was going through a hard time after loosing my mam. Also Looking and searching for who I was! Someone told me of Niamhs Yoga. At first, I was sceptical, society was telling me, as a male, I couldn’t go to yoga! But after trying it for the first time back in May 2021, I found out it was so much more than just yoga! Niamh teaches us tools that we can use to guide us through grief! Through mental health issues! Niamhs classes help stir up old energies that are trapped in our bodies to free up space for new energy. I breath differently now! | was so wound up with the fear and anxiety that comes with growing up in this society of judgement. Niamhs class has both helped me phisically but so much mentally!     I was introduced to Niamh by a good friend who knew I was looking for something to help get me out of a low time in my life... After the first class I felt amazing... Niamh is very real compared to other yoga instructors I have worked with... after my sister & sister in law passed away I found Niamh's classes were the life line I needed to get through.. there are times when I have to drag myself to class but come out a new person by the end... physically & mentally I can see an amazing transformation..Niamh you're amazing!!!

  • She's literally changed my life

    I first met Niamh almost 2 years ago, after having a baby through covid on my own, I had anxiety, depression, PTSD, the list goes on, I actually didn't know where to start. Niamh was recommended to me by several people in my life, her name kept popping up so I said l'd bite the bullet and go to her classes. She's literally changed my life, I have learned to breath, move my body and let go of stagnant energy that was weighing me down, I have learned how to be gentle and kind to myself and to speak and love myself the way I deserve, all through her teachings.
